RESPONSIBILITIES

The person we need: a senior data scientist, working remotely (or in Barcelona)

1. You will be our first data scientist. You will create our strategy and data structure from scratch, as well as to educate us. So you need to be experienced, with the caution, logical rigor and skepticism you only acquire through experience.

2. We won’t micromanage you. Take things into your own hands, be curious, and creative. That’s what you’ll need to find the insights we’ll use both for our long-term strategy, and our day-to-day decision making

3. You have some experience in quality control, A/B testing and the creation of metrics / data visualization. You’ll be part of Katya’s department, and will also have to dig deep into our back-end technology. But your mission will go as far as you can take it, so we hope you’re excited.

4. Non-negotiable requirements : strong experience as a data scientist; strong back-end skills (Sql, Python, BI-systems) to be autonomous; perfect english.
