    As part of its expansion we have a fantastic opportunity for an Affiliate Manager to prospect new affiliates and to keep on developing our existing portfolio.

    You have proven experience as an Affiliate Manager, a robust understanding of the affiliation industry and ideally a portfolio of active affiliates.

    ROLE

    You will be responsible for taking care of a portfolio of affiliates. You will be challenged on the growth of your portfolio as well as on your ability to turn new affiliates into stable partners.

    You will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners. You’ll work with a variety of different companies, from emailers, media buyers to agencies, and help them generate revenue by promoting our offers.

    You’ll be tasked with developing new partnerships with potential affiliates. This will involve creating proposals that outline the benefits of working together, as well as outlining the types of promotions and campaigns that each party can expect to see in the future. You will report directly to Chris, our Head of Affiliates.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop a portfolio of existing affiliates
    • Detect new affiliates with potential and grow them into key accounts
    • Actively promote our best offers to your affiliates with a focus on maintaining low cost per acquisitions and positive return on investments.
    • Reactivate dormant clients, prospect and develop a prospect sales pipeline with new affiliates.
    • Build sustainable business relationships by offering professional support and feedback.
    • Understand your affiliates needs and proactively provide solutions to increase the revenue.
    • Monthly KPI reporting to the head of Affiliates.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
    • Check sales / conversion reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued
    • Analyze data and statistics such as CTR, CR to identify opportunities for new products or services
    • Assess the performance and potential of your affiliates by building relevant reports
    • Review traffic quality to ensure it is relevant and appropriate for the offer being promoted
    • Negotiate payouts, cancellations and payment terms with new affiliates or renewing existing agreements with existing partners taking into consideration the company cash flow necessities
    • Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)
    • Monitor affiliate traffic for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information

    REQUIREMENTS

    • You will hold a relevant educational background in sales or marketing
    • 1 + year experience in Affiliate Marketing is a minimum
    • Organised as you may need to manage multiple tasks at once
    • You speak english (spoken and written)
    • Great communication skills you adapt easily to different cultures
    • You are an excellent negotiator with a proven sales background
    • You are proactive and dynamic. You solve problems
    • You are willing to build long term relationships with affiliates
