As part of our international expansion, we have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, self-driven Performance Manager to focus on the relationships between affiliates and advertisers.

Role

As a Performance Manager for our Affiliation team, you will focus on building a relationship with affiliates and advertisers - knowing their needs and adjusting them to the company’s goals.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting affiliates and starting/maintaining the collaborations.
  • Optimizing already ongoing performance business with affiliates, in order to increase profitability of our relations.
  • Creating offers from advertisers, and hunting the best and hottest offers.
  • Optimizing payouts from advertisers in order to increase the profit of the company.
  • Searching for potential business in forums and on social media.
  • Promoting the services of Reflex Affiliates.
  • Billing of affiliates.
  • Invoicing of advertisers.

Role

As a Junior Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and optimizing campaigns - often through Facebook Ads.
We are looking for someone who is organized, with excellent communication skills and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Creating Landing Pages and connecting them with the corresponding CRM.
  • Managing Facebook pages in order to engage with the maximum amount of people.
  • Collaborating with the Media Buying team in order to create synergies.
  • Communicating with the other departments to ensure everyone has aligned objectives.
  • Identifying target demographics and the competition for campaigns.
  • Assessing the competition (benchmarking what the competition is doing and how they are promoting their campaigns).
  • Creating ads for the campaigns.
  • Managing the budget of a campaign depending on its success.

Skills

  • Ability to analyse data and draw insights.

Role

A community manager acts as the bridge between the company and a community that it is aiming to create. They are responsible for the online presence and branding of the company, through our social media accounts and websites. An intern role for this position is responsible for this online presence, as well as assisting the other members of the office in their tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Managing & monitoring our social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Helping other members of the office in their tasks.
  • Creating online content for our profiles.
  • Posting content to social media accounts (knowing when is the best time to reach the largest audience).
  • Maintaining stable and lasting relationships with the online audience/community.
  • Paying attention to current issues and topics.

Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will have to assist our Company in expanding our clients base. Your responsibilities will include generating potential leads, soliciting potential clients, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with our Account Executives.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, very organized and good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies to draw in potential clients.
  • Initiating contact with potential clients through cold-calling.
